Do I need to pay sample fee?
We provide sample for free. You just send us your express account of pay by receive or pay small express fee.
How long is each of the base board sample?
Our baseboard sample length is 20-30cm for each one. But we could make the length according to your request.
Can I request samples if we want to build a model house.
Of course. Just inform us your room size and how many pcs samples your need. We can provide 2.4meters each of the skirting board sample for you. Our staff will estimate it if you don’t know quantity after get your information.
How long does it usually take for me to receive the samples?
Usually within one week you will receive the sample if no customization on the products. But it may take up to 2 weeks if the express company delate. And we have customers in Philippines who received the sample in less than 3 days.
What’s the main materials used?
The main material of our flooring accessory is PVC. 45%-50% content of the PVC. Also we can made it in WPC or SPC if you needed.
How many colors do you have?
We have 1000 colors for choice. Also we can offer the color according to your request, so that it can match your flooring.
